I called the company, which had been contracted to complete plumbing for my home builder three years ago. I noticed a leak in the line that was connected to the water heater. The plumber came out to look at it and said that it was due to an error during the original installation. The company took responsibility and repaired the part and reinstalled it correctly without hesitation, and at no cost to me. I recommend this local business for all of your home maintenance needs.

I recently had a home built with DR HOrton and this company installed my tub shower combo, it was installed wrong and someone came out they couldn’t fix it they was suppose to come back and repair it but never showed up at scheduled time 8-12 AM on 7/18/22 or called, I was home all day!!!!!!!!! I was told that it’s gonna take about 3 months before they can come out to fix this problem that should have been done correctly when they installed it. So now I still can’t use my shower/tub!!!!!

Called Cowart for service they ended up not providing the service I was seeking however were quick to provide a referral which worked out really well. I appreciated their friendly knowledgeable response. Thank you!
